這篇文章就是我和梨大學校方面一來一往的email內容
希望可以讓大家更清楚如何申請
我會在一旁增加註解，提醒大家需要注意的地方

我大概2月底開始著手申請和準備資料
整個申請從3/3寄出第一封信，到完成確認匯款是4/10
拖一個月算蠻久的，我看很多網友都蠻快完成申請
因為中間有遇到一些小狀況
以下跟大家娓娓道來

Hello您好
I want to Apply for 2015 fall intensive program.我想申請2015秋季集中課程
I can't download the On-line registration,please send me the form.我沒辦法下載線上申請表，麻煩您寄給我一份申請書
I want to know what documents are required ? 還需要付上哪些資料?

直接把準備好的銀行存款證明、護照和高中畢業證書掃描檔一併寄過去

附件是入學申請表和會員加入辦法。
先網上會員加入，然後網上?入學申請表，如果在網上不可以?入學申請表的話，
請用附件的入學申請表?表之後，發給我們。
?表的時候，請用MS WORD。
* 需要學生簽證的話，需要報名兩個學期以上，需要交銀行存款?明 (5,000美金以上）。

我回覆說沒辦法網上申請，立刻把他寄來的word檔填好回信給他

校方說不能用高中的畢業證書要大學的在校證明

回覆是這樣:
需要大學的在校證明。

還有要申請簽證的話，?需要申請2個學期以上。

1個學期的話，免簽證來就行。(韓國是90天內免簽證)

(※雖然網路上寫說最終的畢業文件就可以，但是以我的經驗來說，如果你還在"就學"，最好是申請英文的在校證明)

把中文的在校證明寄過去
(原本是說中文的在校證明也可以，但是台灣政府規定的中文在校證明是學生證正反面影本，我加蓋學校戳章韓國那裏還是說不行~，所以我只好再申請英文的)

中午在學校拿到英文在學證明，就趕快掃描寄出
(※通常學校申請英文在校證明都需要兩三個工作天，還需要大頭照)

傍晚學校回信
學校很妙的是，如果回復比較詳細的資訊都會用"全英文"，平常問問題知道你是台灣人都會回中文，大概是制式化文件。

This is the Ewha Language Center.
I am pleased to inform you that your application has been confirmed.
The registration due date is till 26th August (2015), and I hope you could make the payment before 20th August (2015), taking into account the days for international money transaction.Please refer to the below information on tuition and application fees and bank details.

Fees(會告訴你學費，這方面跟網站上的資訊是一模一樣的)
Application fee: 60,000 KRW
Tuition fee: 1,540,000 KRW
Total: 1,600,000 KRW

Bank details(可以匯美金、韓元、日幣，學校收到後會扣掉手續費再依據當日匯率換算，在寄信跟你說差額多少，學校方面是多退少補)

The above amount can be paid in USD, KRW, YEN. We do not accept credit card or cash at the office. You may pay fees by checks drawn on SHINHAN BANK (a Korean Bank). Please consult with a local bank for the exchange rates against currency of your country.
It will be most appreciated if you send the receipt of the remittance by fax or email which shows your name for confirmation. If you transfer under someone else’s account, you are to let us know of it by email or sending the receipt with a memo.

* Bank payment(銀行資訊，這方面匯款一定需要，匯款前多確認幾次，要看好不要拼錯或寫錯了)

If there are surplus or deficient money, we’ll balance it considering the rate of exchange as of time you pay. We will give you money back or request you to pay it before class get finished.
(※雖然學校方面是說多退少補，不過據網友陳述，如果要退錢的話需要用轉帳的，比較麻煩而且可能會在扣手續費，建議大家還是用"少補"的方式，去到學校在補差額的方式比較好)

完成匯款
(我是匯美金！因為要找可以匯韓元的銀行比較少，所以我直接在家裡附近找可以外匯的銀行，換算匯率後匯美金過去，大家可以選擇自己比較喜歡的方式，或是比較常拜訪的銀行)
我把匯款收據掃描寄過去
還一併問了宿舍費用

我下午三點寄過去五點收到回覆(很簡短的回覆)

There are deficient money(000000 KRW), we’ll balance it considering the rate of exchange as of time you pay. We will request you to pay it after starting semester.
Because now you can't send correct amout.(差額就開學再交就好了~)

I am pleased to inform you that your registration process for 2015 Fall semester starting from September 8, 2015 has been successfully completed.

Please attend the placement test conducted on September 3, 2015 at #103 and will start at 10 : 00 am in the morning.(分班考試時間、地點)

Whether you can enter the dormitory will be informed one month before the beginning of semester.

We recommend highly recommend our students to take out an insurance policy for the international students. So, Please send us a copy of the insurance certificate via email, before starting fall semester. The attached file(PDF file) is specific information.
